The accident occurred on July 27, before 4:00 p.m., on National Road No. 36 between Lubin and Wrocław. For undetermined reasons, the 57-year-old Lubin resident driving a passenger car crossed into the opposite lane on a straight section of the road and collided head-on with a truck. The 57-year-old woman died at the scene.
Under the supervision of the prosecutor, police officers carried out activities at the scene aimed at determining all the circumstances of this tragic accident. Other emergency services also participated in the operation, as did an expert in road accident reconstruction.
