The incident took place on Wednesday, July 25, at approximately 11:00 a.m., on 1000-lecia Avenue in Bolesławiec. The driver of a Volkswagen, a 44-year-old woman from Bolesławiec, failed to yield the right of way to a 52-year-old woman from Bolesławiec Municipality, who was driving a Peugeot. A collision occurred, as a result of which the at-fault driver's vehicle—propelled by the force of the impact—also struck an Audi driven by a 42-year-old man from Bolesławiec Municipality.
Fortunately, no one suffered anything more serious. The 44-year-old was fined PLN 250.
