The incident took place during the night of July 19–20 on Konstytucji 3 Maja Street in Bolesławiec. After 4 a.m., uniformed officers received a report of a car fire.
A Škoda Fabia passenger car burned down. Firefighters extinguished the blaze. Fortunately, no one was hurt.
Police are investigating the cause of the incident. If it turns out to have been arson, the perpetrator or perpetrators could face up to five years in prison.
