The incident occurred on Thursday, July 5, at around 6:00 p.m., at one of the companies in the economic zone in Gromadka commune. The 27-year-old Romanian citizen, who was working in assembly, failed to exercise due caution; a conveyor belt pulled in his hand and crushed two fingers. Unfortunately, they could not be saved. (They were amputated.)
The man was sober. Bolesławiec police are investigating the circumstances of the accident.
