Police officers from Bolesławiec received information that a vehicle stolen in Germany was located in the Gromadka municipality, near the A4 motorway.
The duty officer immediately sent patrols to the scene. Officers from the traffic police spotted the stolen Nissan Qashqai. It was parked near a restaurant. The vehicle had Polish registration plates. However, after checking the VIN number, it turned out that it was a car stolen in Germany.
The recovered car, worth approximately PLN 35,000, will be handed over to its owner. The officers are currently determining the circumstances in which the vehicle ended up in our county and who was driving it.
