Lubin police detained a 41-year-old man who entered his acquaintance’s apartment while drunk and refused to leave. When the hostess asked the man to leave the premises, the 41-year-old became aggressive.
The woman then asked a security employee for help. When he arrived at the scene, the drunk aggressor grabbed a kitchen knife. He threatened to kill the security guard.
The police detained the attacker. As the victim feared another “visit” from the 41-year-old, the officers asked the prosecutor’s office to impose a preventive measure.
The prosecutor granted the officers’ request: the aggressor was placed under police supervision and banned from contacting or approaching the victims.
