The incident occurred around noon on March 12 in Parzyce (Nowogrodziec municipality). A young man ran up to an employee of Poczta Polska. Threatening her with a knife, he demanded that the woman hand over her bag. The female postal worker locked herself in the car, pressing the horn repeatedly. The noise scared off the attacker. He got into a car and drove away from the scene with his accomplice.
Police arrested both suspects. They are residents of Nowogrodziec municipality, aged 19 and 22. They face up to 12 years in prison.
