On June 19, at around 7:00 p.m., the duty officer at the Lubin police headquarters received a report of an aggressive man in the Ustronie housing estate in Lubin who had threatened the reporting party with death and burning down his house.

Officers found a 58-year-old victim at the scene. He reported that while he was standing on the balcony of his apartment, one of the men sitting on a bench in front of his block suddenly hit another man. When the witness confronted the aggressor, the latter approached the victim’s balcony and began threatening to kill him and burn down his house.

The aggressive man tried to get into the stairwell: he smashed the glass in the door and kicked it with great force.
