Officers from the District Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec received a report about a man wounded with a knife. Immediately after the incident, the victim was not very communicative.
District officers immediately took action to determine where and with whom the man had been staying. The information collected allowed the officers to establish the course of events and identify the alleged perpetrator.
The 37-year-old resident of Bolesławiec was intoxicated at the time of her arrest. Based on the evidence collected, the woman was charged.
Then, at the request of the District Prosecutor’s Office in Bolesławiec, the court remanded her in temporary custody for three months. The suspect now faces a prison sentence of at least three years.
