On Wednesday, March 4, police detained a 28-year-old resident of Bolesławiec. The man attracted the officers’ attention with his strange behavior. As soon as he saw the police patrol, he began nervously looking around.
The investigators’ suspicions were confirmed. One of the officers found a bag containing 5 portions of marijuana in the 28-year-old’s jacket. What is more, at the time of his detention, the man was completely drunk. He had a blood alcohol level of 2 per mille.
The detainee will now face charges for possessing narcotic substances. He faces up to 3 years in prison.
