Officers from the Criminal Division of the Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters identified the perpetrator of a garage burglary as a result of operational activities. The crime was committed several days earlier; the suspect broke into a garage on one of the housing estates in Bolesławiec and stole, among other things, a power generator and a grinder.
The 37-year-old thief was arrested. He admitted his guilt. He also added that he had already managed to sell the loot.
The burglar now faces up to 10 years in prison.
