The competition was organized by the Provincial Police Headquarters in Wrocław, the Provincial Police Headquarters in Gorzów Wielkopolski, and the police directorate in Görlitz. It was addressed to students aged 14–16, whose task was to create a meme drawing young people’s attention to the problem of taking designer drugs.

The winners of the competition in Bolesławiec County were:

  2. female students from Primary School No. 1 in Bolesławiec: Beata Turowska, Julia Drzewiecka, Daria Hodowany – supervisor: Mirosław Stuczyński
  3. female students from the Jana Paweł II School Complex in Osiecznica: Oliwia Mazur, Julia Szydłowska, Amelia Smolak – supervisor: Dorota Drużga.
