Community officers from the Nowogrodziec Police Station met with children from preschools in Nowogrodziec and Zebrzydowa as part of preventive activities. The officers were accompanied by a uniformed officer especially popular with children – Commissioner Lew. As always, the police mascot brought smiles to the children’s faces.
During discussions about safety, the following topics were addressed:
- moving along the road
- safe play
- how to behave appropriately when encountering a stranger.
The preschoolers were reminded of the emergency telephone numbers and shown situations in which they should call for help using 997 or 112.
