Officers from the Department for Combating Economic Crime of the Municipal Police Headquarters in Jelenia Góra, together with officers from the Lower Silesian Customs and Tax Office in Wałbrzych, seized three illegal gaming machines in one of the rented premises in Jelenia Góra. Their value was PLN 36,000. The State Treasury’s losses were estimated at approximately PLN 300,000.
Both the premises owner and the machine owner may face fines of PLN 300,000, as well as up to three years in prison.
