Officers seized three illegal gaming machines at a venue in the Pieńsk municipality. The machines were secured and handed over to customs officers, who will conduct further proceedings in the case.
In addition, a 41-year-old resident of Pieńsk was present at the venue. He was wanted because he is due to serve prison sentences. The man was arrested and taken to the police headquarters in Zgorzelec.
The owner of the illegal machines, as well as the person who leases or rents the venue where such machines are installed, faces a fine of PLN 100,000 (per device) and up to three years in prison.
