The collision occurred on Tuesday, 13 March, on the Wleń–Jelenia Góra road. As reported on the lwowecki.info website:
– The 38-year-old resident of Pilchowice driving a Mazda passenger car failed to exercise due caution while driving under the viaduct, cut the corner and collided with a DAF truck driven by a 34-year-old resident of Bolesławiec – explains Senior Sergeant Mateusz Królak, press officer of the Police in Lwówek Śląski, who adds that the police are filing a motion with the court to punish the Mazda driver.
