Police officers from the station in Warta Bolesławiecka, while carrying out an order to bring the 39-year-old to the prosecutor’s office in connection with an earlier drug case, secured several dozen portions of drugs in the man’s room. They also secured an electronic scale, a grinder used to crush narcotic substances, and resealable bags used to package drugs.
Tests conducted by a forensic technician confirmed that the substances seized were marijuana and methamphetamine.
The 39-year-old resident of Warta Bolesławiecka municipality will be charged with possession and trafficking in narcotic substances. He faces up to 10 years in prison.
