He was lying in the freezing cold wearing only his underwear. “F*** off, or I’ll blow up the entire building”

The incident took place on the night of 7–8 March on Dolne Młyny Street in Bolesławiec. One of the street’s residents looked out of her window and noticed a man lying on an internal road, wearing only his briefs. Concerned, she asked whether anything had happened to him. The man then shouted at her: “F*** off, or I’ll blow up the entire building.”

The woman notified the police. They arrived at the scene within moments.

The reason for the man’s strange behavior is not known at this time. We were only able to establish that the man was taken to the hospital’s Emergency Department.
