Police officers from the Economic Crime Division of the Jelenia Góra Municipal Police Headquarters, together with officers from the Lower Silesian Customs and Tax Office in Wałbrzych, seized three illegal gambling machines in one
of the establishments in Jelenia Góra. The value of the seized machines is PLN 36,000. Meanwhile, the State Treasury’s losses were estimated at approximately PLN 300,000.
The officers are currently clarifying all the circumstances of the case in detail. The owners of the establishment and the machines may now face a fine of up to PLN 300,000 and up to three years in prison.
