Jelenia Góra police officers detained two men: a 31-year-old German national and a 36-year-old resident of Jelenia Góra County, who are suspected of stealing a Mercedes vehicle. The vehicle’s owner—also a German national—estimated its value at approximately PLN 750,000.
The officers spotted the stolen vehicle at a petrol station. They blocked it from leaving and detained the car’s driver and passenger.
Both suspects were taken into police custody. They could now face up to five years in prison.
