The incident occurred on Sunday afternoon. After 5:15 p.m., the emergency services received information that a woman living at 4 Starzyńskiego Street was threatening to blow up the apartment.
All emergency services were dispatched to the scene. It turned out that the woman was mentally ill. The 47-year-old woman was taken to hospital.
