The incident occurred after 4:00 p.m. Firefighters noticed that someone was sitting on the railway viaduct. They notified the police. A patrol was sent to the scene. Two police officers calmly approached the young man. After a brief conversation, they brought the 24-year-old down. He was taken to a psychiatric hospital for an examination.

Remember: If you see someone on a viaduct, react. Unfortunately, this is a place used by people attempting suicide. Sometimes your intervention can help and you may manage to save someone.
