He checked into a guesthouse and stole the television from his room

The incident occurred on December 30 last year at a guesthouse located in one of the towns near Jelenia Góra. The 26-year-old stole a television from the room he had checked into.

When the guesthouse owner realized that a theft had taken place, he notified the police. He estimated the losses at more than PLN 1,200.

The 26-year-old resident of Jelenia Góra County was detained. He now faces up to five years in prison. (Officers recovered the stolen property).
