Police apprehended a 40-year-old resident of Bogatynia suspected of supplying marijuana to minors. The man allegedly carried out his activities from July to November this year.
The 40-year-old was charged and then, at the request of the police and prosecutor’s office, was remanded in custody for three months.
The Bogatynia resident now faces up to eight years in prison.
