On Tuesday evening and during the night into Wednesday, police officers saved three people from freezing. Officers found a 45-year-old man on one of the streets in Bolesławiec. The man had probably drunk too much alcohol and fallen asleep. Medical assistance was not needed. The officers took the 45-year-old home.
During the night, police officers saved a 47-year-old woman (they found her in the stairwell of one of the residential buildings) and a 55-year-old man who was lying on the road between Osiecznica and Tomisław. Both people were taken to warm and safe places.
