The incident occurred on Tuesday, September 26, in Łąka (Bolesławiec municipality), at the intersection of Route 297 and the road to Kraśnik. The driver of an Audi failed to yield the right of way to a 60-year-old man who was driving a Volkswagen. The passenger cars collided. The 60-year-old was injured and taken to hospital.

Fortunately, the 60-year-old did not suffer serious injuries. The incident was classified as a collision. Its perpetrator, the 28-year-old Audi driver, was fined PLN 300.
