On September 21 at 3:30 p.m., officers from the Legnica traffic police stopped the driver of a VW Golf for inspection. The driver was behaving very nervously, so he was tested with a drug screening device. As it turned out, the young man was driving under the influence of marijuana. The 22-year-old was taken to hospital, where his blood was collected for testing.
The resident of Legnica could face up to two years in prison.
