The Lower Silesian police garrison has welcomed new police officers. On August 29, 75 officers recited the oath of office, including two police officers who will serve at the Bolesławiec police unit.
This year, 195 officers have already joined the Lower Silesian police force. Police service may be performed by a Polish citizen of impeccable reputation who has not been convicted by a final court judgment of an intentional crime or a fiscal offense; enjoys full public rights; has at least a secondary education; and is physically and mentally capable of serving in armed formations subject to special service discipline, to which they are willing to submit.
