The identity of the man who died on the tracks near Wesoła Street in Bolesławiec has been established. According to investigators, it was probably an act of suicide, as there is no evidence that anyone else contributed to the tragedy.

Let us recall: the incident occurred on Sunday, August 20, at around 5:25 a.m. The driver of a train traveling from Węgliniec, near Wesoła Street in Bolesławiec, felt that the vehicle had struck an unknown obstacle. The man stopped the locomotive, got out and looked around. He noticed nothing suspicious, so he continued on his way.

The body on the track was noticed by the driver of another train, which passed that way a short time later. (The train that was in Bolesławiec at 5:25 a.m. was stopped in Chojnów).

The wheels of the first train decapitated the man.
