The incident occurred on Thursday, August 17, in Tomaszów Bolesławiecki (Warta Bolesławiecka municipality). The 29-year-old BMW driver performed an overtaking maneuver incorrectly and hit a Volkswagen Passat driven by a 23-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County. Fortunately, no one was injured.

The people involved in the incident were sober. The 29-year-old from our county was fined PLN 220 and received 6 penalty points.
