The duty officer of the Bolesławiec Municipal Police received a report concerning a woman who, while under the influence of alcohol, was unable to control a dog. And indeed, she was having trouble staying on her feet, while the animal accompanying her was very aggressive.
Officers established that the woman was not the dog’s owner. (She was only helping to look after it.) The dog belonged to an elderly, sick woman who is unable to take the animal for walks.
