The holiday season has just begun. The District Veterinary Officer in Bolesławiec reminds people how to behave properly during accidental encounters between humans and wild animals:
A startled animal will flee, but it may also attack a person, seriously injuring them. Particular attention should be paid during accidental encounters with beavers, which are appearing increasingly often in Bolesławiec County. Recently, several cases of people suffering very serious injuries caused by beavers have been reported in our country.
