The crime took place at the beginning of July in the Bolesławiec municipality. The 34-year-old broke into a newly constructed house and stole property worth approximately PLN 6,000.

The 34-year-old man from Bolesławiec was arrested. Police recovered some of the stolen items: a refrigerator, floor panels and radiators, as well as a windsurfing board.

What is more, officers found 75 packs of cigarettes without Polish excise duty markings in the suspect’s home.

The arrested man had already been convicted of crimes against property. He now faces up to 10 years in prison.
