The incident occurred on Thursday, June 22, on the A4, near Szczytnica (Warta Bolesławiecka municipality). The driver of one truck, a 37-year-old Ukrainian, failed to keep a safe distance and hit the rear of another truck driven by a 43-year-old Belarusian. Fortunately, no one was injured.
The driver responsible for the collision was fined PLN 250. The motorway is now passable.
