The incident took place in the evening on Sudecka Street in Jelenia Góra. Police officers stopped a motorcyclist for a road check who was travelling at excessive speed; in a built-up area, his speedometer showed 103 km/h.
What is more, it turned out that the 29-year-old man was not authorised to drive vehicles, and the motorcycle he was riding did not have a valid technical inspection.
The 29-year-old was fined PLN 1,000. His registration certificate was confiscated, and the vehicle was towed to a car park.
