On June 6, the owner of two bicycles worth a total of PLN 17,500 reported to the Zgorzelec police station. The man notified officers about the theft of the bicycles. The incident took place in Zgorzelec when the victim briefly left his car and trailer in one of the parking lots, with the aforementioned vehicles on it.
The very next day, police officers arrested a 27-year-old man suspected of the theft and recovered the bicycles. The 27-year-old resident of Zgorzelec now faces up to five years in prison.
