The incident occurred on June 1. The duty officer of the Bolesławiec Municipal Police received a telephone report about two people drinking alcohol in the back area of the Eko store on Mickiewicza Street. A motorized patrol was dispatched to the scene. (It turned out, however, that Bolesławiec police officers were already carrying out activities there.)
At one point, one of the aforementioned men began running toward Ogrodowa Street. He was apprehended, this time by an SM bicycle patrol.
It later emerged that the municipal police officers had apprehended a person wanted by the police. The man was handed over to officers from the Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters.
