The incident occurred on April 14, after 9:00 p.m., in the Bogatynia municipality. Three perpetrators jointly beat a 39-year-old man, using dangerous objects.
Two suspects, aged 17 and 29, were charged. They face up to 8 years in prison. Moreover, the older teenager was placed under police supervision, banned from leaving the country, and required to provide bail.
The fate of the third suspect, a 16-year-old, will be decided by a family court.
