The competition was divided into two parts. First, each driver had to complete a theoretical test covering road traffic regulations, the construction and operation of motor vehicles, and the principles of providing first aid to victims of road accidents.

In the second part of the competition, the drivers demonstrated their practical skills. Each soldier had to complete a Star 266 truck slalom—in the shortest possible time and with the fewest errors. The slalom route, set by the technical judge, included elements that made driving more difficult. These included weaving between cones and driving through curves in the shape of the number eight.

The competition was organised by the logistics section (S-4) of the Bolesławiec regiment, while a commission from the 11th Armoured Cavalry Division supervised its proper conduct. The winner of the second stage was senior private Aleksander Chudy from the 4th Zielona Góra Anti-Aircraft Regiment. Senior private Dawid Stachowski from the 17th Greater Poland Mechanised Brigade took second place, while senior private Krzysztof Żerkowski from the 23rd Silesian Artillery Regiment came third.
