Officers from the Lower Silesian-Saxon Nysa group spotted a car in a petrol station car park during their night shift. Suspecting that it might contain items originating from theft, they decided to inspect the vehicle.
There were two people in the car: the driver and a female passenger. During the police inspection, the 31-year-old woman began behaving very nervously. The reason soon became clear. In her handbag, the officers found more than 500 doses of “piko” methamphetamine.
The woman now faces up to 10 years in prison.
