On March 24, police officers stopped a Volkswagen for a roadside check on Legnicka Street in Chojnów. The driver immediately stated that he did not have a driving licence. The 48-year-old resident of Chojnów Municipality got behind the wheel even though his driving privileges had been revoked.
Another supporter of driving without a licence fell into the hands of officers on Jaworzyńska Street. The 44-year-old resident of Legnica was travelling in a Škoda.
Both suspects face a sentence of up to two years in prison.
