During the operation, officers from the Traffic Department inspected 68 vehicles. In 18 cases, they found violations related to the technical condition of the vehicles, and two vehicles were not allowed to continue driving. Moreover, 47 drivers were fined.
– This operation was aimed at improving the safety of travelers, in particular by checking carriers for compliance with all the relevant requirements, preventing road accidents, and eliminating irregularities in international and domestic road transport – say the police officers from Lubin.
