Officers from the Traffic Department of the Legnica police headquarters stopped a Volkswagen driver for inspection. The officers detected a strong smell of alcohol coming from the 49-year-old. It turned out that the man had more than 1.5 per mille of alcohol in his system. What is more, it came to light that the resident of Jawor County had had his driving privileges revoked.
The 49-year-old now faces up to two years in prison.
