A 21-year-old resident of Ścinawa was caught after stealing a mobile phone worth PLN 3,700 from a young woman at a bus stop in Lubin on February 21. As it turned out, the man had committed more offences. The Ścinawa resident broke into two basements in the Ustonie housing estate, stole a bicycle from a block of flats in the Przylesie housing estate, and even took a liking to women’s shoes, which he later sold at a market.
The 21-year-old from Ścinawa now faces up to 10 years in prison.
