Officers from the Police Station in Pieńsk, acting jointly with the Lower Silesian-Saxon Nysa group and the Legnica Customs Office, arrested in Lasów a 48-year-old resident of Gozdanin suspected of possessing and dealing drugs. In the 48-year-old’s garage, officers found methamphetamine from which 350 doses could have been produced, as well as a small amount of marijuana.

At the request of the police and the District Prosecutor’s Office in Zgorzelec, the court ordered three months of pre-trial detention for the 48-year-old. The resident of Gozdanin faces up to 10 years in prison.
