“That is wishful thinking,” comments a former soldier who wishes to remain anonymous. “The costs would be enormous. Even sports shooting must take place under strict supervision. Licences and appropriate security measures are needed. You cannot simply put such a shooting range somewhere under the trees. It would have to be properly marked. And the whole matter would have to be consulted with the military.”
