Zgorzelec police officers detained a 33-year-old driver who decided to drive a car despite having his driving privileges revoked. Until recently, this was a minor offense. Now, following a change in the regulations, it is a criminal offense. The detained resident of Zgorzelec could face up to two years in prison.
