Police officers from the Drug Crime Team of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Wrocław, together with officers from the Legnica team dealing with drug-related crime and supported by the Independent Counter-Terrorist Police Subunits, arrested two residents of Legnica. The man is a 32-year-old wanted by an arrest warrant, who has 3.5 years in prison to serve. At his home, police officers found 891 g of amphetamine, 13.4 g of methamphetamine, more than 4 grams of cocaine and nearly a quarter of a kilogram of marijuana, as well as electronic scales and zip-lock bags.

The other person arrested was a 34-year-old woman from Legnica, who was caught with more than 6 g of marijuana. She faces up to 3 years in prison. Moreover, officers found replica firearms at her home. The woman may therefore also be held liable for illegal possession of firearms, which carries a sentence of up to 8 years in prison.

The 32-year-old, who faces up to 10 years in prison, was temporarily detained for three months at the police's request. The arrested woman is under police supervision.
