Police officers from the Prevention Department of the Municipal Police Headquarters in Jelenia Góra detained a 27-year-old resident of the Janowice Wielkie municipality suspected of breaking into and stealing from a car. The incident occurred on October 2. At around 6:50 a.m. on Piotra Skargi Street in Jelenia Góra, officers noticed a man carrying a large bag. When he saw the officers, the 27-year-old sped up and began behaving strangely. He was detained.
