Police officers from the Juvenile and Pathology Division of the Municipal Police Headquarters in Jelenia Góra identified and detained a 16-year-old suspected of damaging property. The teenager used a marker to smear the walls of a stairwell and the entrance door to a basement in one of the multi-family buildings in the Zabobrze estate. The property manager is estimating the resulting losses. The family court will decide the fate of the irresponsible 16-year-old.
